Role overview
The Sales Audit & Growth Insights Analyst is a strategic, data-driven expert responsible for auditing marketplace advertising accounts and uncovering growth opportunities across Amazon, Walmart, and Target. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and sales—leveraging data, AI tools, and our proprietary MyHorizons platform to deliver performance insights, identify whitespace, and power impactful business conversations.
You’ll help prospects and clients alike see not just what’s underperforming, but what’s possible—turning complex data into compelling growth stories that drive new business and deepen partnerships.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Marketplace Audits & Analysis
- Conduct detailed audits of Amazon, Walmart, and Target advertising accounts (including Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP, and promotional placements).
- Identify inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and structural improvements to enhance ROI and scalability.
- Analyze key performance metrics—ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, CPC, conversion rates, ad spend distribution, and keyword performance.
- Benchmark advertiser performance against category and competitor standards to highlight actionable insights.
Insights & Opportunity Identification
- Use MyHorizons and other analytics tools to identify trends, retail signals, and growth potential across accounts.
- Link advertising outcomes to broader business objectives such as topline sales, conversion efficiency, and market share growth.
- Apply AI and automation tools to streamline audit processes, forecast performance scenarios, and uncover predictive insights.
- Recommend both short-term optimizations and long-term strategic initiatives to unlock growth across platforms.
Sales & Strategic Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Strategy, and Leadership teams to develop insightful, data-rich pitch materials and audit presentations.
- Create high-impact visual narratives that connect performance diagnostics to brand potential and investment strategy.
- Support pre-sales discovery by crafting thoughtful, tailored questions that reveal prospect challenges and opportunities.
- Support on enterprise QBRs during periods with fewer active sales pitches by bringing forward performance insights, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Innovate internal audit templates, best practices, and workflow automations to improve efficiency and consistency.

What Sets You Apart
- 2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce advertising, marketplace growth, or performance marketing.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, and/or Target ad ecosystems and retail fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and visualization skills with tools like MyHorizons, Amazon Ads Console, Walmart Connect, Target+, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into business insight, clear recommendations, and persuasive presentations.
- Excellent communicator—able to explain complex concepts simply and convincingly to varied audiences.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and curious, with the ability to balance precision and big-picture strategy.
- Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (certifications in marketplace advertising or analytics are a plus).
