Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Logistics Analyst to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, uncovering insights through data, and turning analysis into action. You’ll work in a dynamic, fully remote environment—collaborating across teams and driving operational excellence with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Analyze client data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Conduct research and translate findings into clear insights for clients and Account Managers.
• Partner with Account Managers to design strategies, test new initiatives, and ensure alignment across projects.
• Continuously identify process gaps and propose improvements that boost efficiency and scalability.
• Stay informed on Amazon logistics, emerging tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

What Sets You Apart

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis, operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Based in Latin America and fluent in English (advanced to near-native level).
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, and advanced functions).
• Proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable presenting data in engaging, visual ways.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently across time zones.
• Excellent communicator and collaborative problem-solver with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Meets) is a plus.
• Experience with Power Automate or inventory management systems is a strong advantage.
