Amazon DSP Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Amazon DSP Specialist to join our team! The Amazon DSP Specialist will be responsible for managing multiple programmatic advertising campaigns through the Amazon Demand-Side Platform (DSP) for a portfolio of brands. Core responsibilities include building, optimizing, and reporting on DSP campaigns to meet clients' goals for reach, awareness, and conversions. This role involves analyzing audience data, refining targeting strategies, and working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Location: Candidates must reside in the Pakistan. Fully remote.
Salary: $30k to $32k USD Annual Salary


Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours are flexible, but there must be significant overlap with US teams to allow for real time collaboration. Position may require occasional overtime hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, managing, and optimizing Amazon DSP advertising campaigns, including audience creation, inventory selection, and bid adjustments.
  • Monitoring and adjusting DSP campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including impressions, detail page views, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conducting detailed audience segmentation and targeting based on data insights.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to align DSP strategies with overall client objectives.
  • Ensuring adherence to client budgets and proactively identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
  • Auditing historical performance and providing actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Staying up to date with Amazon DSP best practices and industry trends.
  • Preparing and delivering monthly/quarterly performance reports to clients.

Qualifications

  • C1-C2 English proficiency.
  • 1-3 years of experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns, preferably with Amazon DSP.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, real-time bidding (RTB), and data-driven advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement strategies that improve campaign performance and drive conversions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to clearly present data-driven insights.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Highly proficient in Excel with experience using vlookup, pivot tables, and other advanced formulas.
